Verisign processes .CC domain drops according to UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).
The scheduled Verisign .CC drop time is 11:00 UTC. To participate in the .CC drop, your order must be placed at least 15 minutes before the scheduled drop time.
Because UTC does not observe Daylight Saving Time, the corresponding deadline in U.S. time zones changes by one hour when Daylight Saving Time begins and ends.

The Verisign .CC drop schedule is based on UTC, not U.S. local time.
When Daylight Saving Time is in effect, U.S. clocks move forward by one hour. When Standard Time returns, clocks move back by one hour.
The Verisign .CC drop does not move. The local-time equivalent changes.

The same one-hour shift applies to Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones.
Your local time will automatically shift by one hour when Daylight Saving Time changes.
We strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible rather than waiting until the 15-minute cutoff.
.CC orders submitted after 10:45 UTC may not be eligible for the 11:00 UTC Verisign drop.
