Q. What does the new Moniker.com interface provide?

Q. Can I request that my names be moved back to my old registrar?

A: Your registrar has not changed. Only the account interface used to access and manage your domains has been upgraded. The old account interface is no longer available.

Q: How do I retrieve my logins/password?

A: To protect your account security, please request a new password. Your new Moniker account number and password will be e-mailed to you. If you already have an account at Moniker, you can choose to consolidate all accounts after you access your new account.

Q: Have my domains been transferred to the Moniker registrar?

A: No. Although you will use the Moniker site to access all your domains, they will keep their registry specific data, and will remain at their current registrar. The domain registrar becomes less important as you will be able to renew, update, transfer & manage your domains directly and transparently within the Moniker.com site.

Q: If I already have a Moniker registrar account, why did you create a new one?

A: For security purposes, we did not assume we could identify your existing Moniker account using the account information connected to your manage.snapnames.com account. Therefore, we created a new account for you solely using that information.

A: All domains and balances are available in your new Moniker account. If you have any questions, please contact customer support and we will be happy to investigate your questions.

Q: How do I consolidate my Moniker accounts into a single Moniker account?

A: Consolidating your domains is easy, and we highly recommend you do this for maximum convenience in managing all your domains from one log-in.

Once the account consolidation is completed, you will be able to perform what is known as a domain "PUSH" from one Moniker account to another. Here's the easy step-by-step process:

Select the account number that will be your lead or primary Moniker account.
Log into each account created through the consolidation, select all domains in that account by clicking in the check box, and perform a "domain push" to your primary Moniker account number (see screen shot below)
Provide the account number for the primary account when prompted

Q: How will I know which registrar my domains are at?

A: Although there will be very few instances where you will need this information, your official registrar will be displayed on a special account view in the Moniker platform. This account view will be available whether your domains have been consolidated into one account, or if you choose to keep them in separate accounts.

To select this view, use the drop down menu under current view and select "Multiple Registrar View". Please see the screen shot below for an example of how this will appear.
